Customer: LLC NPO “Composit”
Design intent is the mechanization and automation of the existing technology at the enterprise for the assembly of hoses with spiral winding of materials with a diameter of 102 to 1220 mm.
The project solution is the development, manufacture and delivery, followed by installation, commissioning of the machine for the assembly of large diameter hoses (pipes). The following operations are foreseen on this machine: the application of an inner chamber, a power cage, an intermediate layer, a protective layer; installation of metal rings; installation of embedded flanges; crimping with a bandage; the application of spiral.
