Design intent is to master the production of pressure-suction hoses with a diameter of 50-150 mm.
Project solution — design, manufacture and supply, followed by installation, commissioning and putting into operation a set of equipment and tooling in the composition:
– Hose Assembly machine;
– Wire and cord rewinding machine;
– Devices for removal of hoses;
– Coils for bandage;
– Drums for wire and cord.
This equipment is designed for the production of rubber pressure-suction hoses with soft cuffs, in accordance with the requirements of GOST 5398-76, by spiral winding.
