Designed to rewind a bandage from a package or from a reel with a bandage taken from a vulcanized hose to a reel.
During the process of rewinding the bandage, each turn is rolled by a roller, thus achieving tight winding on the reel. The rotation of the coil is carried out using the drive from the foot pedal. The machine has a lock, excluding the spontaneous inclusion of its mechanisms.
